Mr George Tsogas
Principal Solicitor and CEO
George has been a qualified solicitor since 2008 and commenced as the principal solicitor of Royal Lawyers in 2017, bringing with him a strong background in commercial and corporate law with significant expertise in dispute resolution.
George has a wealth of experience in a varierty of areas, having acted for clients in matters which include:

Contractual disputes regarding leases, sale of goods and provision of services;

Oppression, corporate governance, insolvency and external administration.

Negligence claims including claims against builders, engineers, architects, accountants, and solicitors;

and advice and disputes concerning environmental matters including native title claims.

Compliance and breaches of the Environment Protection Act; white collar fraud and breach of fiduciary and statutory duties.
George has a strong interest in construction law, particularly in relation to issues concerning tradespersons and contractors.
George is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of South Australia, has held practicing certificates in three separate jurisdictions and is admitted to practice in the High Court.
